Questions.

The ones people ask first. Everything else is in the FAQ.

Using it

  • How much goes in a serving?

Half a scoop (1.5 g) in a 12 fl oz glass of water is a serving. A full scoop (3 g) makes a 24 fl oz bottle, which is two servings. Stir or shake until it dissolves.

  • How long does a tub last?

120 glasses of 12 fl oz. At two glasses a day, about two months.

  • Can I use more, or less?

Less, yes: a smaller bottle takes less powder at the same ratio, half a scoop to 12 fl oz. More powder in the same water is not better; keep to the ratio unless a clinician has told you otherwise.

Taste

  • What does it taste like?

Water, mostly, with a faint mineral finish. It isn’t sweet, there’s no aftertaste and, with no citric acid, no sour edge. If you’re used to flavored drinks, it will taste quiet.

  • Why no flavor or sweetener?

So it goes into the water you already drink and stays out of the way. Flavors usually bring citric acid, which adds tartness; sweeteners change the taste and add ingredients.

What’s in it

  • What exactly is in it?

Sodium citrate, potassium citrate, magnesium lactate and calcium lactate. Nothing else: no fillers, flow agents, anticaking agents, flavors, colors or sweeteners.

  • Is it keto-friendly? Can I use it while fasting?

It has no sugar. Whether it fits your fast or your approach to keto depends on your protocol.

  • Is it vegan, gluten-free or non-GMO?

We don’t make those claims yet. The formula is four mineral salts; we’ll say more once our suppliers’ documents confirm it.

  • I’m pregnant, have a medical condition, or want it for a child. Is it right for me?

Ask your clinician first. It’s made for adults, and conditions that affect kidney function, blood pressure or electrolyte balance need professional guidance on sodium and potassium. We’re happy to send the full formula to your provider.

Storage

  • How should I store it?

Lid sealed, somewhere cool and dry, and no wet scoop back in the tub. The minerals pull moisture from the air, so a tub left open can clump; break it up before scooping. The expiration date is on the tub.

Orders

  • How does shipping work?

Orders ship within the US. [Delivery time and shipping cost.]

  • Can I return it?

[Returns window and conditions.] Write to us from the contact page with your order number and we’ll sort it out.

  • Do you ship outside the US?

    Not yet.
